Please note that all prices listed are in euros, excluding VAT (ex. VAT) and based on the EXW Incoterm (Ex Works) – departure from our warehouses.

Below you will find the full details of our pricing policy and sales conditions :

🍀 Etoile Flora is an online wholesaler specialized in preserved mosses, lichens, plants, and flowers. We are also producers of selected botanicals and supply mainly to professionals: wholesalers, architects, designers, florists, decorators, and event agencies.

• Our prices are transparent and publicly displayed — accessible to both private individuals and industry professionals. The minimum order amount is set at €100 excluding VAT.
• Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we encourage our customers to respect this threshold to ensure smooth logistics and quality service.
• Our goal is to support every customer in their project and facilitate access to high-end preserved botanical materials at competitive prices.

🍀  Special conditions for professionals. As producers and professional suppliers of preserved botanicals, we work daily with experts in the field: interior designers, florists, architects, and decorators. 

• That’s why, in addition to our standard discount policy based on order volume, we are open to special or custom agreements with professionals.
• If you are a professional with specific pricing requirements or terms that could facilitate a collaboration, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always open to reviewing your request and proposing a tailored solution.
• We value relationships with professionals and believe in flexibility and constructive dialogue.

💚 Please note that orders for wholesalers and distributors must be made in full boxes only.

🍀 Base prices and discount structure

The prices shown on our site are considered base prices. Depending on the total amount of your order after the discount is applied, an automatic discount will be granted :

• For a final total over €1,000 → 5% discount
• Over €1,500 → 10% discount
• Over €2,000 → 15% discount
• Over €3,000 → 20% discount
• Over €4,000 → 25% discount
• Over €5,000 → 30% discount
• Discount more than 30 % on special conditions - contact us 

🍀 Important information about delivery fees

When placing an order on our website, a symbolic flat-rate delivery fee of €40 is automatically displayed by default. This amount is indicative only and does not represent the actual shipping cost.

As our system does not currently support automatic and precise calculation of logistics costs (based on weight, volume, destination, etc.), the actual shipping cost will be calculated and adjusted manually by our team after reviewing your order.

Here’s how it works:

• If you want to know the exact shipping cost before paying, choose “bank transfer” at checkout. Once we receive your order, we will recalculate the cost and send you an updated proforma invoice.
• If you pay directly online, accepting the €40 fee, and if the actual cost is equal to or less than €40, your payment will serve as confirmation and acceptance of the delivery terms.
• If the actual shipping cost is higher than €40, our team will notify you of the new amount and the balance due before shipment.

⚠️ Non-cancellable and non-returnable orders

Certain orders are considered firm and final, and cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once confirmed. This includes, in particular:

• Orders requiring custom production, such as preserved trees, shrubs, bonsais, totems, green walls, or any item composed of multiple preserved plant components.
• Special requests for quantities not listed on the website, but manufactured specifically for the client on demand. These products are not kept in stock and are produced exclusively for the customer.

💚 By confirming such an order, the client expressly agrees that it will be manufactured according to specific requirements and accepts that it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

⚠️ Additional information about made-to-order trees and structures

• Production is done on demand only. These items are not stocked and are manufactured individually once the order is confirmed.
• Estimated production time: 4–6 weeks, plus 2–3 weeks for international shipping if applicable. Estimated delivery time is 6–9 weeks from production confirmation.
• Component availability: This timeframe assumes timely availability of required materials (foliage, trunks, bases, etc.). In case of delay in supply, we will inform you and adjust delivery expectations.
• Confirmation required: No payment should be made before our written confirmation that your order is scheduled for production.
• For urgent or split deliveries: Please contact us before placing your order, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by customs, transport disruptions, or material shortages beyond our reasonable control.

🍀 Important notes about sizes, weights, and colors of preserved plants

Preserved mosses, plants, and flowers are 100% natural materials. As such, they cannot be standardized perfectly. Shape, size, texture, and shade variations are normal and expected in botanical products.

We strive to provide detailed specifications for each product on our website, including dimensions, approximate weight, and dominant color, available under the tabs “Description” and “Specifications”.

However, please keep in mind:

• Displayed colors may differ slightly from reality due to screen settings.
• Sizes may vary depending on natural density and pruning.
• Weight may fluctuate by up to 15%, as preserved plants absorb and release ambient humidity.

👉 If you need precise matching or are unsure, please contact us before confirming your order — by chat, WhatsApp, or email. We’ll gladly provide photos or videos of the current stock to ensure your selection meets your expectations.

💚 We highly encourage confirming important specifications with us before shipment — especially for professional projects. This avoids unnecessary returns and ensures your satisfaction.

⚠️ Claims related to color, size, or weight will only be accepted if the difference clearly exceeds natural variation. If a return is accepted, the return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense unless agreed otherwise.

🍀 VAT and invoicing based on your location

Our company is registered in France, and we comply with French VAT legislation..

• For all private customers (B2C), regardless of their country, orders are billed including 20% French VAT.
• For French professional clients, 20% VAT is also applied.
• For companies based within the European Union, VAT-exempt invoicing is possible, provided a valid EU VAT number is supplied. We verify VAT numbers via the VIES system :  VIES (Validation Intra-European VAT number .
• For companies outside the EU, orders are also exempt from VAT in accordance with international export regulations.
